Local kids attempt to murder innocent ducks in Naples, FL
A neighbor approached me about an incident that happened at the Furse Lakes Condominiums in Naples Florida involving a group of kids and baby ducks. He, the neighbor, said that while him and his friend were fishing at the pond behind the condo, he noticed a group of kids trying to step on some baby ducks. He quickly yelled at them at which point they got startled and began to scatter.
His friend, Nancy, happens to love ducks and decides to follow the kids to their homes in an attempt to speak to the parents. As she knocks on the door she is quickly surrounded by 5 large guys and a woman comes out of the dwelling and bashes Nancy in the forehead numerous times with an ash tray.
At some point, Nancy called 911 and the Collier County Sheriff responded. Nancy claimed he was forensics but forgot or simply didn’t have a camera to take a picture of the injury to her forehead. At this point I walked over to see what was going an and was quickly brought up to speed. My initial response was, well, that lady will get arrested. So I thought.
The tall over-weight deputy looked at me with such demeanor that for a brief moment I thought I would get arrested for questioning, and said “nobody is getting arrested.” He claimed the assailant had another person at their home vouch for no incidence occurring and therefore he would not make an arrest. Wow! There is a thought. A perpetrator not telling the truth? I am shocked. Apparently this deputy of “no” law couldn’t get himself to actually serve and protect.
According to this deputy, these ducks are considered a nuisance and by law can be killed. Despite the fact this occurred by minors on private property that was clearly marked private, and not a property to which they have legal right to trespass, much less kill our animals, this deputy feels no crime has been committed. I guess unless your name is Ted Nugent, you are allowed to kill innocent animals on someone else’s property, without permission and without a license. Sorry Ted. Maybe you should move to Florida where the only thing the police care to do is write tickets. I guess the right for an innocent animal to live is not important.
I think all convicts should be released
If we apply the idiocracy as portrayed by our local, “highly” trained deputy to that of convicts, I see no reason why they should not be released. All they need is 1 person to say they didn’t do it and it is as good as gold. I say open the doors and let them all out. Just think of how much time we will save, not to mention tax payer money on attorneys and judges. We will simply ask the person being accused if they are guilty, and as long as they have 1 person support their statement they should be interrogated no longer.
It’s not like the person they live with, or have close relations would lie for them. Nope. Would never happen. I realize there is a race war frenzy, especially against white people. The race of the perpetrators is not important, but I will say that they are not white. Nancy, however, is white.
Thank you deputy for not serving and not protecting. It seems to be a trend across the nation.
The correct response should have been a better explanation of options and some of the issues with taking action. Either way, Nancy had visible marks of attack and I seriously doubt she randomly selected a home and made an accusation. This deputy was judge and jury. Glad to know we can no longer depend on law enforcement to protect anything except themselves.
Of course, all this “allegedly” occurred. Wouldn’t want to get arrested for not having some license I might need to exercise “Freedom of Speech.” Honestly – “KISS MY ASS” — I WILL NOT COMPLY!
Remember this… you do not have to be a believer in God to have your day in judgment. We all will be judged. We all will pay for our sins. What you do to us and innocent life is no comparison to what will happen on judgment day.
